Last week, Professor Gordon Mantler received the Union League Club's Outstanding Book on the History of Chicago 2025 Book Award for The Multiracial Promise: Harold Washington's Chicago and the Democratic Struggle in Reagan's America.

Union League Club of Chicago announced the award on their LinkedIn page on April 3rd.
